The Lebanon Police Department announced on March 23 that its upcoming community presentation, “Fraud in the Modern Age,” scheduled for March 24 at 6:00 PM, has reached full capacity and is no longer accepting additional attendees.

The strong interest in the event highlights the community’s concern about fraud prevention and public safety. The department said it plans to continue offering similar educational events in the future to provide residents with important information about protecting themselves from fraudulent activities.

While all seats for the in-person session have been filled, those unable to attend can access the presentation virtually through Microsoft Teams. Details for joining online include a meeting link, Meeting ID (298 346 189 448 72), and passcode (U7Bp2pN3).

Chief Phillip J. Roberts authorized the announcement and noted that additional opportunities will be announced as they become available.

The department’s ongoing commitment to public education reflects an effort to keep residents informed about modern threats and safety measures.
