The Lebanon Police Department asked for the public’s help on March 13 in identifying the owner of a red Ford pickup truck involved in an incident with an officer.

According to the department, a Lebanon Police Officer tried to stop the red pickup truck on Mechanic Street. The vehicle did not stop and continued driving onto Interstate 89 Northbound toward Vermont. For safety reasons, the officer ended the pursuit shortly after it began.

Police described the vehicle as a red Ford pickup truck without a registration plate attached. They are asking anyone who recognizes the vehicle or knows who owns it to contact the Lebanon Police Department at 603-448-1212. Information can also be submitted through their Tip Line at 603-448-CLUE (2583) or online at LebanonNH.gov/CLUE.

The request for assistance was authorized by Chief Phillip J. Roberts on March 13, 2026.

Police continue to seek information from community members that could help identify those involved.
