Man extradited to New Hampshire on charges related to fatal drug sale in Lebanon

Ora Labrake, age 47, has been extradited to New Hampshire from Virginia on felony drug charges, the Lebanon Police Department announced on April 13.

Labrake was wanted in connection with a suspected drug distribution incident that occurred on April 19, 2024, in the City of Lebanon. The investigation by police determined that this incident resulted in the death of a man from Lebanon.

Authorities said an arrest warrant for Labrake was issued by the department in June 2024. On March 27, 2026, Labrake was located and taken into custody in Virginia based on the outstanding warrant. He has now been returned to New Hampshire and is scheduled for arraignment at Lebanon District Court on April 13.

Labrake faces two charges: Controlled Drug Act Violation for Drug Sale Resulting in Death and Controlled Drug Act Violation for Sale of Less Than One-Half Ounce.

The police department thanked law enforcement partners in Virginia for their help locating and apprehending Labrake. Chief Phillip J. Roberts authorized the release of this information.
