ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING/HEARING
JANUARY 17, 2023 6 PM, LISBON RAILROAD STATION
 
There will be a Lisbon Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting on January 17, 2023 at 6 PM at the Lisbon Railroad Station on Central Street in Lisbon, NH.  
The agenda will include the hearing on:
An application by Myers Properties for a Special Exception concerning Article 5, Section 2.2 (Special Exception required for 3 or more family dwelling.  Applicant would like to convert 2 residential unit located at 166 South Maine St to a 3 residential unit.
The hearing will be carried out according to the Rules of Procedure of the Lisbon ZBA (available on the Town website.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel and state reasons why the requests should or should not be granted
