Bill Bolton loses House bid, concedes

Democratic House Candidate Bill Bolton has lost the race for House District 2 to Republican incumbent Bob Giuda.

Bolton conceded in a statement posted on his Facebook page on Nov. 4.

“The voters have spoken, and unfortunately I have lost my bid to be the next Senator from District 2. In the midst of a global pandemic, we were able to run a clean, effective campaign despite unprecedented circumstances. I am proud of the work we accomplished and could not have gotten this far without the support of so many folks.

“Again I am so proud of the race we ran and the work we accomplished. I wish my opponent nothing but success as we recover from these unprecedented times.”
