County of Lebanon Ward 03 issued the following announcement on Aug. 16.

Public Comment Needed on NH Rte 4A Draft Corridor Plan

The Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission (UVLSRPC) is accepting public comment on their draft NH Route 4A transportation corridor chapter, part of UVLSRPC's Regional Corridor Transportation Plan. The draft plan chapter lists a variety of strategies and projects that can help improve transportation safety and access for drivers, walkers, bicyclists, and public transit users along NH Route 4A and key connecting roads.

The draft NH Route 4A chapter can be viewed at https://uvlsrpc.org/corridorplan. Public comments on the draft chapter are currently being accepted. Questions and comments can be emailed to Alex Belensz.

NH Route 4A is one of eight major regional transportation corridors that UVLSRPC is studying as part of the Regional Corridor Transportation Plan. The Plan is being created through a combination of public input, data analysis, review of previous plans and studies, and consultation with municipal staff. More information about this project is available at https://uvlsrpc.org/corridorplan.

Please review the Action Plan Overview to learn more about how UVLSRPC will help towns and cities turn transportation needs and project ideas into funded projects.
