Explore 2 fun miles of flat calm water, with no technical rapids, along a very scenic section of the local river with beaver dams to paddle over. This part of the river is a known bird sanctuary where 118 different species have been documented. Maybe you will see a Blue Heron or a Sea Egret. Very little to no paddling experience is needed for this river, making it perfect for families and first timers.
After your kayak tour, check out a short waterfall hike to the Thundering Brook Waterfall, 6th tallest waterfall in Vermont, a short drive from the kayak tour View location here!
