Town of Hanover: Ruddsboro Road Bridge Deck Replacement Request for Proposals

Town of Hanover issued the following announcement on August 30.

The Town of Hanover, NH is soliciting proposals from qualified design-build teams/contractors interested in providing design, permitting (if required) and construction services for a replacement to the Ruddsboro Road #118/080 bridge/arch culvert and related structures.

Acquiring from a different source could mean that this document has been superseded by a later version. The Town is not responsible for any reader’s failure to heed this notice. Any addendums and clarifications issued for this RFP will be posted on the following Town website.

A pre-submittal conference will be conducted on September 13, 2021, at 9:00 am 600’ east of the intersection of Ruddsboro and Morgan Roads, Hanover, NH. General questions, requests for information and responses to this RFP shall be addressed to:

Sealed Qualifications must be received by September 30, 2021, at 11:00 am. Late Proposals, amendments and/or responses received after the time and date listed above will not be evaluated or considered. Emailed proposals shall have “Ruddsboro Road Bridge” in the subject line.

Accepted proposals will be opened at September 30, 2021, at 11:30 am.

The Town of Hanover reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all submittals. This RFP does not obligate the Town to pay any cost incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a response nor does it obligate the Town to accept or contract for any expressed or implied work.

Additional Bridge/Culvert Projects

Based upon Design/Builders quality of workmanship, available funding, performance, and ability to meet schedule, the Town reserves the right to negotiate the replacement of additional bridges/culverts under this Bid.
