Town of Springfield issued the following announcement.
The Historical Society is bringing back by popular demand the delicious Sip-A-Soup lunch. Chose from 12 homemade soups, stews, chowders and chilis. Try 3 samples, Caesar Salad, homemade bread from the Blue Loon Bakery for just $8. Tasted a soup that you can't live without? Purchase a pint for $6 or a quart for $10. Take home and enjoy later. See you there. (All proceeds benefit the Springfield Historical Society)
