Town of Enfield issued the following announcement on December 8.
The Enfield Community Power Committee, a subcommittee of the Enfield Energy Committee, will hold a public hearing on the proposed Enfield Community Energy Plan on
Wednesday December 15, 2021
at 7:30 PM
via Zoom and in person at the Public Works Facility, 74 Lockehaven Rd., Enfield.
This hearing is a repeat of the in-person hearing held 12/7/2021 with a Zoom option for those who do not wish to attend in person. The Zoom link can be found here: https://www.enfield.nh.us/energy-committee/events/53446
“Community Power” as authorized in NH by RSA 53-E allows energy purchasing by empowering towns, cities and counties to choose where their electricity comes from and how it is generated on behalf of their residents and businesses.
