Town of Enfield issued the following announcement on January 25.
In preparation for Town Meeting, a number of important meetings are being held. The public is encouraged to attend in person, via Zoom videoconference or by audio only.
Board of Selectmen – February 1 @ 6:00 PM, Public Works Facility, 74 Lockehaven Rd. & via Zoom videoconference
The Selectmen will be holding a public hearing relative to bonds or notes over $100,000, beginning at 6:00 PM to discuss the proposed expansion and renovation of Whitney Hall (Town Hall & Library). Please note that public hearings may start later, but not earlier, than the posted time. At this meeting the Board will review the 2022 Town Meeting Warrant and will accept any qualifying petitioned warrant articles submitted.

Budget Committee & Board of Selectmen – February 2 @ 7:00 PM, Public Works Facility, 74 Lockehaven Rd. & via Zoom videoconference
The Budget Committee will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the proposed 2022 Budget of the Town. This includes discussion of the proposed operating budget as well as the monied articles on the 2022 Warrant as prepare by the Board of Selectmen on February 1st.
The 2022 Proposed Budget is posted along with other Town Meeting information on the Town’s website at https://www.enfield.nh.us/administration-town-manager/pages/2022-annual-town-meeting-0
The MS-737, the NH Dept. of Revenue Administration form for presentation of the Budget, will be made available following the Public Hearing. This form will indicate budget items that are recommended or not recommended by the Board of Selectmen and Budget Committee.
