Town of Enfield issued the following announcement on February 9.
The 2022 Town Meeting will be held on two days, as follows:
Tuesday, March 8, 2022
8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Enfield Community Building
308 US Route 4, Enfield
Voting by Ballot for the election of Town Officers and any other questions required to be voted by Ballot. Polls will be open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m. There will be no opportunity to vote by ballot on Articles 1 – 6 at the second session of the Town Meeting. After the polls close at 7:00 p.m., the ballots will be counted.
Second Session / Business Meeting:
Saturday, April 30, 2022
beginning at 9:00 am
Huse Park
308 US Route 4, Enfield
Remaining articles (Articles 7-18) will be presented, discussed and acted upon beginning at 9:00 am.
The second session/business meeting will be held outdoors. There will be limited parking for those who wish to remain in their vehicles and listen to the meeting over the provided FM radio signal. For those who wish to sit outside there will be one large tent set up. Dress appropriately for the weather. Please bring your own chair. Personal pop-up tents are permitted.
