Town of Sunapee: Winter Parking Restrictions

6

Town of Sunapee issued the following announcement on February 24.

Snow is predicted to begin in the early morning hours of Friday, February 25th, and continue throughout the day. It is expected that we will receive between 8 and 14 inches of snow with a snowfall rate of 1 inch per hour at its highest. We would like to remind residents of Sunapee's ordinance concerning winter parking restrictions (Section 1:5.B) which states that from November 1st until April 1st, no vehicle may be parked on any public street or parking lot between the hours of 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 7:30 a.m. or at any other time that may impede snow removal operations.  If your vehicle is keeping our highway department's plow operators from removing snow, it could be towed.  Help us keep our streets safe for winter travel.
