City of Lebanon issued the following announcement on March 1.
The City of Lebanon would like to make you aware of the following housing opportunity. In the Spring, Upper Valley Habitat for Humanity will build a 3-bedroom Lebanon home as-designed and are now accepting applications for homeownership.
The 1,112 interior square foot house will feature 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, an open-floor concept living/kitchen/dining space, and a separate mudroom. The house will sit on 3 acres of land 3 miles from downtown Lebanon, on a driveway shared with 2 other existing Habitat homes. This 3-bedroom house is ideal for a family of 3-4 and applicants must have (among other eligibility criteria) income ranging between 60% - 80% HUD County Median Family Income for Grafton County (the community the family will be living in), adjusted for the size of the family. For a family of 3 in Grafton County, this is between $47,520 - $63,400 gross income annually. For a family of 4, this is between $52,800 - $70,400 gross income annually.
Applications are due by Friday, April 1, 2022. The application and all the information about the house, eligibility information, and homeownership process can be found on the Upper Valley Habitat for Humanity website.
