Paying Utility Bills Online

The City of Lebanon has completed its software transition for utility billing to BS&A, which continues to use InvoiceCloud for credit card payment processing.

Third-quarter water/sewer bills should be arriving in the mail later this week. To view or pay your bill online, you will need the account number and PIN from the bill. Please visit LebanonNH.gov/PayMyUB to look up your bill and make a payment. For online payment assistance, please refer to our Online Payment Tutorial.

Customers can use the same username and password previously created for an InvoiceCloud account, and all automatic payment rules previously established remain in effect. Customers wishing to establish new automatic payments or make changes to their current payment methods must do so by logging into the InvoiceCloud portal located at InvoiceCloud.com/CityofLebanonNH.

All major credit card types, including Visa, are now accepted with a small processing fee. For more information about water/sewer bills, including contact information and additional ways to make your payment, please visit LebanonNH.gov/UtilityBills.
