Phoenix Yoga | NegativeSpace

In collaboration with Pheonix the Lebanon Public Libraries are offering free Yoga classes every Wednesday night at the Kilton Library. The goal of these classes is to build a sober active community that fuels resilience and harnesses the transformational power of connection so that together we

rise, recover, and live. Yoga classes with Phoenix at the Library are fun, restorative, and a welcoming place for all skill levels. Yoga is an outstanding way to connect mind and body to find peace and relaxation – all while gaining strength, flexibility, and balance. And you’ll find our instructors are encouraging and supportive. Namaste!

This is a beginner-level Hatha yoga class that will focus on stress reduction through breathing exercises, short meditations, movement, and stretching. Variations on each pose will be offered so everyone can take the class however they are most comfortable. This class will be a safe space to practice listening to your body-mind feedback with compassion and non-judgment. Registration Required.
