Take a Mental Break!

Stress is a part of everyone’s life, and the more we experience it, the more it tends to build up.

Just a brief session in hypnosis can help you to release the stress you’re carrying, and allow your mind and body to emerge reenergized, restored, and refreshed.

And now, everyone can benefit from this experience!

I’ve teamed up with Hanover Parks and Recreation to offer a free Deep Stress Relief session online every month. Join me to learn more about:
~ How hypnosis works
~ How your body responds to stress
~ How to turn off your stress response in seconds
And experience a deep hypnosis session that will dissolve your stress and help you to experience less stress over time.

These sessions are perfect for those who are new to hypnosis, and for those who have used hypnosis in the past. Everyone can benefit from taking a few minutes to relax!

I’ll be online at 6 pm on the second Monday of every month, so find yourself a comfortable place to sit back, grab your laptop, phone or tablet, and get ready to relax.

Registration is required.
