Town of Plymouth Zoning Board recently issued the following announcement. 

Zoning Board to Hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, August 3rd

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Plymouth Zoning Board of Adjustment

August 3, 2021

The Zoning Board will review the following applications at their meeting to be held at Plymouth Town Hall, 6 Post Office Square, on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, starting at 7:00 PM:

1. A request from 14 Town West Road, LLC through its applicant, Brandon Currier and Jenn Robichaud of Barlo Signs for a Variance from Article IV, Section 408.5 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance to permit an additional free-standing sign where two exist at 14 Town West Rd on Route 25 (PID#212-026). This property lies in the Industrial and Commercial Development Zone. The maximum number of free-standing signs permitted per lot in this zone is one.

2. A request from TMH 6-3-11, LLC for a Special Exception from Article III, Section 304 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance to permit the property at the corner of Boulder Point Road and Route 25 (PID# 213-002) a number of parking spaces greater than 125% of the minimum number of parking spaces required by section 411.2 of the Ordinance. This property lies in the Industrial and Commercial Development Zone. Additional parking in this zone is permitted by Special Exception.
