The City of Lebanon is experiencing various utility outages as a result of a utility pole fire that occurred on Bank Street on Friday, January 13, 2023.  These utility outages may prevent the Emergency 911 System from working properly depending on individual landline and cellular phone carriers.  If you have an emergency and cannot contact 911, please call Lebanon Dispatch directly at 603-448-1212.
Please note that the utility outages are not impacting the City’s public infrastructure systems, including water and wastewater treatment facilities.

The City and utility companies are working to restore service connections and communications as quickly as possible.  Current estimates are that the Emergency 911 System could be impacted until around 3:00pm-4:00pm today, January 13, 2023. The City’s primary fiber internet connectivity may not be fully restored until around midnight.

Further updates will be provided as the situation develops.
